^MM - Print Mode

Overview

The ^MM command configures how the printer handles media after printing, supporting tear-off, peel-off, cutter, rewind, and applicator modes.

Syntax

^MMa,b

Parameters

  • a = Print mode
    • T = Tear-off
    • P = Peel-off
    • C = Cutter
    • R = Rewind
    • A = Applicator
    • S = Tear-off with cutter
  • b = Prepeel
    • Y = Yes, prepeel label
    • N = No, standard peel

  • Configures label finishing mode
  • Determines how media is handled
  • Each mode has specific hardware requirements
  • Critical for label output configuration
