^LT - Label Top

Adjusts label top position

^LT - Label Top

Overview

The ^LT command adjusts the vertical starting position of the label on the media.

Syntax

^LTx

Parameters

  • x = Position adjustment in dots
    • Negative = Move up
    • Positive = Move down
    • 0 = Default position

Description

  • Adjusts where label begins vertically
  • Helpful for aligning labels on media
  • Positive moves down, negative moves up
  • Affects entire label

Usage Notes

  • Set at beginning of format
  • Common for print position adjustment
  • Works with ^LH for full positioning
  • Usually small values (±50 dots)
